Made from the lean part of the belly of local pigs, it is processed with care and passion by our artisans, and then flavored with salt, pepper and “vincotto” (literally cooked wine).
Smoked Stretched Bacon also recalls the scents of our land, almond husk and Fragno bark, making it an excellent artisanal product.
Not tasting it means depriving the palate of a unique and special pleasure.
